Document Readiness Review
A structured check of what you have, what may need translation or certification, and which document question belongs with an authority.
A check before appointments begin
This review helps you sort the evidence already in your possession: degree records, employment papers, civil-status certificates, insurance evidence, proof of accommodation, and existing translations. We compare categories against the official guidance relevant to the route you identify and flag gaps for you to verify.
You receive an annotated inventory, not a declaration that an application is legally complete. The accepting authority alone decides whether a document, translation, or certification is sufficient.
Included
- Review of an inventory you prepare through our secure questionnaire.
- A 45-minute video call to discuss gaps, dates, spelling consistency, and original-versus-copy questions.
- Written notes identifying official sources and items requiring specialist confirmation.
For privacy, we initially ask for document names and facts, not full passport or certificate scans. If limited extracts are genuinely necessary, we agree a secure route and retention period first.
Suitable timing
Book this after you know your likely residence or employment route and before paying for multiple translations. It does not include recognition advice for regulated professions, legal representation, or form completion.
