The client had a signed research contract and a fixed laboratory induction date. Her temporary room was in Berlin while the employer and workplace were in Brandenburg, creating confusion about which office handled what. During the session, we separated residence jurisdiction from workplace location, built a document inventory, and placed insurance confirmation before the planned residence appointment.
