Fixed consultation fees

Pricing is per household when partners or dependent children share the same move and attend one consultation. If two adults have unrelated residence or employment routes, we may recommend separate preparation and will explain the fee before anything is booked.
When a custom quote makes more sense
Employers arranging a group arrival, households moving to different cities at different times, and clients who need several coordinated sessions receive a written scope. The quote depends on preparation time, number of participants, cities involved, and the amount of written follow-up. We do not use monthly memberships or automatic renewals.
Payment and invoices
After confirming fit and a time, we issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. No payment function is available on this website. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due before the session. German business invoices show the applicable VAT.
Changes and cancellations
You can reschedule once without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation terms, partial refunds after preparation has begun, late arrivals, and exceptional circumstances are explained in our refund and cancellation policy.
